Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 and in relation to the personal data of which we will come into possession, we inform you that:

Place of data processing

Processing related to the services associated with the operation of this site takes place at our headquarters and is handled only by technical staff or by those responsible for occasional maintenance operations.

No data acquired through this site is disclosed or disseminated externally.

The personal data provided by users of the site who forward requests to send informative material (news letters, brochures, information, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the requested service and performance, and are communicated to third parties only if necessary (shipping service for technical/commercial material, products, etc.).

Types of data processed

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the site acquire, during operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are used by us for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and remain stored only within a protected computer system. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.


No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.

No use is made of cookies for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users, used.

The use of session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable secure exploration of the site.

The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially detrimental to the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

Optional nature of providing data

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in the request forms to Rubbi s.r.l. or however indicated in contacts to solicit the sending of informative material or other communications.

Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested.

For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that in some cases (not the subject of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to Article 157 of Leg. n. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

Personal data are processed using computer tools. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as its deletion (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
