The bending of metal pipes and tubes is achieved by cold deformation of the material, using special equipment that defines its most important characteristic, i.e., the radius of curvature.
Such equipment is used on special machines, called pipe benders. Our CNC machine enables us to bend tubes with diameters from 15mm to 63mm, on steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Bending is a process that involves the permanent deformation of sheet metal by bending. This technique is based on the property of various metals to possess within them a “neutral fiber” located in the center of the sheet thickness that deforms without stretching or contracting.
For this processing we rely on an external partner with whom we work closely.
The use of modern CNC machines, in combination with special tools, allows for a variety of shapes.
